Christmas lunch for local charities

The City of Logan is preparing to spread some Christmas cheer – and charity.

Tickets are now selling for the City of Logan Christmas Lunch, Council’s annual yuletide celebration.

Featuring Christmas-inspired food and plenty of carols, the event brings together the community, Logan City Council and a range of voluntary and business leaders to celebrate the festive season.

Tickets start at $65 with discounts for group bookings.

Toys donated at the lunch will be distributed to the following beneficiaries.

  • Able Australia
  • Centro Centre
  • Family and Kids Care Foundation
  • Kingdom Life Centre
  • Kingston East Neighbourhood Group
  • Logan East Community Care
  • Lighthouse Care

The lunch will be at the Logan Entertainment Centre on Friday, December 6 starting at 11.30am.

Logan City Council will again conduct a Christmas Toy Drive.

Donations are welcomed at the Christmas Lunch and the November Eats & Beats at IKEA.

Bring an unwrapped gift and your donation will go to children across the city.

Gifts can also be donated to Council’s Administration Building at 150 Wembley Road, Logan Central during office hours until Thursday, December 5.
